If you've got a Ford then come to Marlow Automotive! This is an excellent auto repair and service shop! I've got a Ford with high mileage and my engine needed repair work. The pro's at Marlow Automotive narrowed down the issue quickly and got back to me with a thorough description of the problem. My brakes also needed to be serviced as well. These guys are timely. I should mention that they had my vehicle back to me much quicker than I was expecting. Their diagnostic fee is much more competetive than others in the area and the price of the repair was more than reasonable. I've got to mention Scott. He is great. He let me know what the minimum amount of work required to fix my engine was, but also gave his reccomendation of what needed to be done to keep my car running smoothly for the forseeable future. Based on what his professional mechanics saw, Scott let me know potential maintenance issues to be mindful of in the future but were not imperative at that moment. These guys are honest, straightforward, and are not intimidating. Everyone who works here is competent, talented, and professional. This is a great automotive service and repair business.

Got a pre-purchase inspection done and they were quick, friendly and explained everything they found and sent pictures. The cost of repairs seem to be very reasonable too! Will be back!

They were able to contact my warranty company directly to get the service covered for my truck. Needed suspension work done on my Honda, and this shop had very reasonable prices as well as payment options through Affirm etc. Which in this economy is extremely helpful. Walter is great! Super communicative & professional. They not only completed the work quick & professionally but the quality of personal interaction there is very appreciated. They send you reports complete with photos to your text or email and are very reasonable with their costs. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone I know.

I was treated with care and compassion the moment I first walked in. I did not have an appointment but that did not matter. They took care of my issue and even did a complimentary inspection and gave me a verbal report on some issues that would eventually need tending to. Their price was $100 lower than a competitor that I will never go back to. This family owned business will always have my business! They are so kind! I will recommend Marlow Automotive to whomeverI come across that needs a good solid mechanical shop.

Another shop misdiagnosed my Raptor, claiming it needed a total engine swap, but the team at Marlow found the actual issue: the timing chain. Their honesty and technical expertise are top-notch. After our trusted mechanic retired, he referred us to Marlow’s. This was our first time there, and our experience was wonderful! We have a big road trip planned and needed to get a “trip check” on our Highlander just to make sure the engine looked OK. With a quick call, we were able to make an appointment and get a price for the service. Upon arrival, our car was immediately taken in ON TIME, and we were in and out very quickly. We also appreciated not being “upsold” on other repairs (like the dealer always does). They did give us a few prices for some routine maintenance items that are due, which we appreciated, but we weren’t pressured at all. Overall, our experience was great, we will definitely return when necessary, and we highly recommend Marlow’s! (PS—they also texted us the day after to make sure everything went OK & to make sure our car was functioning properly!)
